Summary
Toward a natural forest. The Nature Discovery Park of ten square kilometres occupies the region between the Albis and the Zimmerberg. Nature in the Sihlwald is allowed to take its course undisturbed: dead trees are left standing and fallen trees are left to decay, thus providing new habitats for fungi, plants and animals which depend on dead wood. Immerse yourself in the emerging wilderness and observe how it is evolving. Do not enter the forest in the event of winds, thunderstorms or wet snow. Further information and maps: www.wildnispark.ch.
