Digitize Icons

Free pictograms for outdoor activities and rules in natural and protected areas – for signs, maps and digital applications.

Here you will find our free pictograms for communicating recreational rules in natural and protected areas. They are suitable for signs, printed brochures and digital media, helping establish a recognisable standard for communicating rules. The pictograms provide a consistent way to display rules, helping visitors understand and follow them across different protected areas. We provide these pictograms free of charge under a CC BY licence so that administrations, public authorities, site managers, destination management organisations and other interested parties can use them. Our pictograms follow Digitize the Planet's rule structure and can represent all rules managed on this platform.
