Descriptif
Forest and wildlife protection zones are negotiated in regional working groups as part of the “Bergwelt Tirol – Miteinander Erleben” program. Landowners, communities, alpine clubs, mountain rescue, hunting, forestry and nature conservation are all involved in the arrangement of the protection zones. The process is moderated by the state of Tyrol. The protection zones are recommendations and only apply in the winter season from 1.12. – 15.4. of the year. The areas are intended to protect meaningful forest areas and certain wild species by means of specific object identifiers!
