Nature reserves constitute one of the most important conservation categories in Germany and Austria. The exact definitions vary, but together they combine the conservation of natural landscape, the protection of endangered species and the preservation for scientific interests.
Popis
Die Schutzausweisung erfolgt zur Erhaltung und Entwicklung eines gut ausgebildeten Wacholderbestandes mit den zu entwickelnden Eichen-Birken-Wäldern auf der westlichen Flanke einer Bergkuppe. Neben hochwüchsigen Wacholderbeständen sind verschiedene Stadien einer Heidevegetation als Offenlandbereiche in einer durch Wald geprägten Landschaft von besonderer Bedeutung für den Biotopverbund.
